Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, our responsibility for that order's delivery is considered fulfilled. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. If you have concerns about a delivered order, please contact us and we will assist to the best of our ability, though we do not assume liability for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier-confirmed delivery.
